I saw the show tonight and I must tell you I was very disappointed. The 2 male leads that played Scoop and Peter carried the show. Ms. Kaplan may be an excellent director but I can not possible see how people saw what I did tonight and gave her a good review. She was too bland, had basicly one facial expression, and vocally not strong enough to carry the role. Her lack of charisma almost killed the show and lost much of the excellent writing. She was the main charcter and not interesting to watch even with incredible lines to deliver. I am not trying to be rude but when you pay $36 for a ticket you expect more.
